Hotel is approximately 333 years old and set in nine acres of
farm land where horses graze and the views of Saddleworth and
the Penines are fabulous.

Farms unique location provides excellent views from most bedrooms.
We are close to Delph village, Uppermill, Dobcross, Diggle and
Greenfield, where Saddleworth tourist events attract thousands
of visitors each year. Our warm relaxed atmosphere is enhanced
by two comfortable lounges, and a licenced bar with Sky tv, and
evening meals can be ordered in advance.
